Our head office is situated in the United Kingdom.                                                        

How do I check the status of my order?

After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we first confirm your order and then ship your items as soon as possible. 

If you would like your tracking number, please send an email to support@diyosworld.com providing your order number, we will do our best to respond you with the details within 24 hours.

If for any reason you don’t receive your items within the estimated shipping time, please contact support@diyosworld.com – We will resolve it for you!

What is the estimated shipping time and where can I find it?

Due to the high demand for our Items, we process our orders directly from our manufacturers overseas hence we advise around 2-4 weeks of delivery time for orders from most major countries. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping times, please contact our support team at support@diyosworld.com with your order number included in the email, we will do our best to respond with in 24 hours.

 I'm trying to pay with a "Debit" card and I won't succeed, what can I do? 

You can try to pay with your Debit card via PayPal: Click "Check out" >> At payment method Choose "PayPal" >> Choose "Pay with a debit or credit card.

Can I pay via "PayPal" if I don't have a PayPal account?

Yes! Click "Check out" >> At payment method Choose "PayPal" >> Choose "Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit" >>> Choose your desired option to make payment.

What ring size are you using? 

Our ring chart is stated as per US & Canada ring size

Do you deliver products internationally?

Yes! Diyos World delivers products worldwide. Shipping is available for most countries across the globe.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Unfortunately No. As we have several different warehouses for different product lines situated across the globe, all your items are packed separately and not as a single package. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So, you will probably receive one item before the next. Please don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once! :-) you’ll receive all your items but individually in separate packages.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

Yes, but only if you contact us at support@diyosworld.com within 24 hours of you placing your order. As all the orders are shipped from our store within 24 hours.
If you would like to change your shipping address or size of any items, please send us an email at support@diyosworld.com and please do include your order number within the email.
Sometimes there are instances when we can’t guarantee the change as some orders are usually shipped faster than the others so please do send us an email as soon as possible and we will advise you what can be done.

 

How secure is my personal information?

Diyos World adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information with the best security solutions.
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.
Your credit card information is only available to "PayPal" (Depending on your selected method of payment) to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

What is your return/exchange and refund policy?

I want to add a billing address that is different from the shipping address.

To provide a different billing address, continue with the checkout process and you will be given the option to do so on the "Payment method" page after the "Shipping method" page.
